Shipping policy

Expected Delivery Date:

  • If items are in stock, we will attempt to deliver your order on the next business day.
  • If the item is only available from a vendor or wholesaler, it will take longer to ship depending on availability and distance for delivery.
  • Other exceptions to next day delivery include (but are not limited to): items on back order, special orders (including custom items), mishaps in delivery (missing, damaged, or mis-delivered items, delivery vehicle maintenance, etc.), furniture deliveries, and weekends.

Delivery Attempts:

  • We will make three attempts for standard delivery in the event delivery could not be completed.

Delivery Hours:

  • Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (local Time).
  • Hours/Days are subject to change per customer’s request or account rules.

Special Arrangements:

  • Standard delivery is delivery to the physical address, not including room #, suite #, floor #, dept #, cube #, loading dock, etc.
  • However, if required, special arrangements may be requested at checkout, subject to approval (i.e., Inside delivery, desktop delivery, driver release, etc.).

Expected Delivery Dates:

  • You can view the expected delivery date of a particular product wherever product details are displayed, including the Review & Checkout page.
  • The expected delivery date for the specified quantity will be displayed.

Next-Day Delivery Policy:

  • If items are in stock, we will attempt to deliver your order the next business day.
